At Fruitshroots, we strive to deliver the freshest fruits, vegetables, and groceries to your doorstep. To ensure a smooth experience, we encourage customers to check perishable items at the time of delivery and make the payment only after they are satisfied.

How to Report an Issue

  • If you face any issues with the delivered products, please let us know within 2 hours of receiving your order by sending a WhatsApp at 03257860087.
  • Complaints received after 2 hours will not be accommodated for highly perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, or fresh groceries.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

  • You are eligible for a refund or replacement only if the items delivered were:

    1. Incorrect (wrong item delivered).
    2. Damaged (visible issues upon delivery).
    3. Expired (for packaged items).
    4. Missed (items missing from your order).
  • For fruits and vegetables, issues arising from internal defects (e.g., rotten spots not visible externally) cannot always be detected by our team. However, we aim to remain flexible and address genuine concerns.

Important Notes

  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed for items verified through proper communication on text or call Via WhatsApp at 0325-7860087.
  • Products should ideally be returned to the delivery rider at the time of delivery if there are visible issues.
  • For complaints verified within the 2-hour window, we will provide a replacement or process your refund.
