Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to oversee the operations of both our agriculture business and our online food delivery platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing agricultural production, supply chain logistics, staff coordination, and optimizing our online order fulfillment process. This role requires a blend of agricultural knowledge, business acumen, and digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Agriculture Management:

• Oversee daily agricultural operations, ensuring optimal production of fruits, vegetables, and poultry (fresh chicken).
• Develop and implement planting and harvesting schedules, ensuring year-round availability of fresh produce.
• Coordinate with suppliers and maintain relationships with farmers and other agricultural vendors.
• Monitor crop and livestock health, employing modern farming techniques to maximize yield and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement eco-friendly farming practices.

Online Food Delivery Management:

• Manage and optimize the operations of the company ensuring efficient order processing and timely deliveries .
• Oversee inventory management and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain stock levels.
• Supervise the delivery team to ensure proper handling, packaging, and timely delivery of orders.
• Work closely with the marketing team to run promotions, optimize the website, and increase online sales.
• Monitor customer feedback and work on improving the overall customer experience.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, train, and motivate staff across both agricultural and delivery operations.
• Coordinate hiring, training, and performance reviews for farm workers and delivery staff.
• Foster a positive work environment, ensuring staff are engaged, productive, and aligned with the company’s goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in agriculture, food delivery, or operations management.
• Proven ability to manage a team and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of modern farming techniques, supply chain logistics, and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Experience with digital marketing and Google Ads is a plus.
