E-commerce Operations Executive (Entry Level)

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive (Entry Level) for our growing online grocery store. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or beginners who want to build a career in e-commerce operations.

The selected candidate will manage daily order processing, inventory updates, and coordination with delivery partners to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily orders
• Manage inventory, Prices and stock updates
• Handle product listings on Woo Commerce
• Coordinate with courier partners
• Manage promotional campaigns on social media
• Manage returns and customer queries
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

Requirements

• Fresh BBA / graduate or 0–1 year experience
• Basic MS Excel knowledge
• Basic designing skills (e:g Canva etc)
• Understanding of social media marketing
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask
